employee compensation instead of the more traditional job and salary class
parameters used at most companies. Your compensation is based on your skills,
performance and the market value of your services. Employees are paid on an
hourly basis.

Engagements
Our engagements provide variety and challenges. Being an outside consultant,
our work is very important and visible to the clients we serve. Many of our
engagements are less than a year in duration, providing a variety of business
applications and environments.
Flexible Time
Employees' personal and family commitments are very important to eclectic
information. Our working environment often allows employees a certain
amount of flexibility. We will allow employees as much personal and vacation
time as needed as long as it does not interfere with their assignment.
eclectic information does not offer any company paid vacation.
Flexible Benefit Plan
eclectic information offers a flexible benefit plan consisting of
health, life, and short-term disability insurance and a medical
reimbursement plan. We believe in allowing our employees the freedom of choice
to customize their benefit plan to satisfy their own needs. The plan is
optional and eclectic information allocates benefit credits to be
applied toward your benefit plan. Based on the choices selected in the plan,
your compensation plan can be increased or decreased. Only full-time employees
who have satisfied the waiting period are eligible for this benefit.
Holidays
Employees receive seven paid holidays per year. The holidays are New Years Day,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and their
birthday.
Education Allowance
Employees receive a $1 allowance for every hour worked. This usually amounts to
$1600 - $2000 per year. The education allowance can be carried over from year
to year.
SEP-IRA
Employees are eligible immediately to participate in our SEP-IRA. Our SEP
includes a salary reduction arrangement under which you may contribute, tax
free, from 1% up to 15% of your compensation. Employees have total control of
their IRA investments.
Fitness
Employees receive a membership in the Indy Runners running and walking club and
the Central Indiana Bicycling Association (CIBA).
